At Guided Journeys, our Inpatient Treatment Program offers a safe and structured environment for individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use challenges, or trauma-related instability. Our residential services are designed to provide intensive therapeutic care while nurturing dignity, stability, and long-term recovery.
What is Inpatient Treatment?
Inpatient care involves living onsite at our treatment facility for a designated period of time, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days, depending on clinical need. During this time, individuals receive round-the-clock care, a full treatment schedule, and access to specialized services in a trauma-informed, faith-integrated environment.
Our inpatient program is ideal for:
Guided Journeys provides one-on-one support to help clients understand the root causes of their substance use, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a personalized path to recovery. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, clients work with licensed professionals to explore triggers, set goals, and gain the tools needed to maintain lasting change.
Guided Journeys offers a safe, supportive space where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges. Led by trained therapists, groups focus on topics like coping skills, relapse prevention, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and relationship building. Through shared experiences, clients gain insight, encouragement, and a sense of community on their journey toward healing.
Guided Journeys supports individuals in navigating life’s challenges, managing symptoms, and improving overall emotional well-being. Our licensed therapists provide a safe, confidential space to explore issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship concerns. Using evidence-based approaches and a compassionate lens, we help clients build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change.
Guided Journeys help individuals build the knowledge and confidence needed to manage their finances and plan for a stable future. Through one-on-one coaching and group workshops, clients learn practical skills like budgeting, debt management, credit building, and goal setting. Our trauma-informed approach meets people where they are and supports long-term financial wellness as a vital part of recovery.
Guided Journeys empowers individuals to explore their strengths, interests, and goals to build a meaningful path toward employment or education. Whether you're reentering the workforce, changing careers, or starting fresh, our counselors provide guidance with resume building, interview preparation, job searching, and vocational planning. We help clients overcome barriers and move forward with confidence and purpose.
A flexible and supportive path to recovery
At Guided Journeys, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured, evidence-based approach to healing for individuals facing substance use challenges, co-occurring mental health conditions, or life stressors that interfere with wellness and stability. Our IOP is designed to meet people where they are—offering support without requiring a residential stay.
What is IOP?
An Intensive Outpatient Program is a level of care that provides therapeutic services several days a week while allowing individuals to live at home and continue participating in daily life. It’s ideal for those stepping down from inpatient care or those who need more support than traditional weekly therapy can provide.

What makes Guided Journeys IOP Different?
At Guided Journeys, our Sober Living Housing offers a safe, substance-free living environment for individuals transitioning out of inpatient treatment or looking for additional structure and support in early recovery. Our homes are designed to foster personal growth, accountability, and community as residents rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
What is Sober Living?
Sober living bridges the gap between intensive treatment and full independent living. Residents live in a shared, recovery-focused home where they’re encouraged to develop life skills, maintain sobriety, and pursue their goals in a supportive environment.
